Feature Film 'Having You' goes into pre-production
It's been a fantastic week for good news, and the feature film 'Having You' which I am shooting for the very talented director Sam Hoare is now green lit. We start shooting in London next month with a fabulous cast that includes Anna Friel and Romola Garai.

Shooting Feature Film 'Calloused Hands'
I'm very exciting to be shooting Jesse Quinones' debut feature film Calloused Hands in Miami this summer, featuring Andre Royo (The Wire), David Eigenberg (Sex and The City), Natalie Press (My Summer of Love) and Hans Howes (There Will Be Blood). It's a fantastic script and I'm looking forward to working with Jesse and all the team. You can read more about the project as published in a recent Screen Daily here.

Nocturn wins at the Underwire Film Festival
The UK Film Council short film Nocturn (directed by Leanne Welham) recently won the XX Award at the Underwire Film Festival, as well as winning Best Producer for Rosie Crerar.

Welcome to Leathermill Article in Directors UK
After taking part in Arri's Challenge Alexa event, shooting a short called Welcome to Leathermil for director Russell England, Directors UK invited Russell and I to share our thoughts on the shoot and working with the camera. Blooded is released in cinemas.
Blooded my first feature as cinematographer, shot on the beautiful Isle of Mull with director Ed Boase, is released by Revolver in the UK this week.

Africa United Premieres at Toronto
Africa United, the debut feature by Debs Paterson recently had its world premiere at Toronto International Film Festival, shortly followed by its UK premiere at the BFI London Film Festival. Next month it goes on general release in UK cinemas. I was 2nd Unit Dp and B camera operator on Africa United which shot on location in South Africa, Rwanda and Burundi with Sean Bobbitt, BSC as main unit Dp.
